Customers will also be asked to provide their name and email address in connection with booking a Showroom Custom Appointment.
Billing Information
If you wish to purchase a product or service through the Shukuru Couture Site, you will be asked to provide certaininformation which might include your credit card number, the expiration date, card verification #, and similar information. Billing Information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor operating as our agent: www.squarespace.com. Shukuru Couture does not directly obtain or process any Billing Information.
Customer CRM Data
We use a variety of tools for marketing purposes. Our B2C customer relationship management database (such as MailChimp, Shopify or Zaius), manages the storage of customer email addresses and will collect your email address, name, and products currently in your shopping cart in order to create and optimize targeted marketing campaigns. Any personal data provided to/or collected, will be used to provide our products and services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You may request Shukuru Couture to manually remove your account information from either platform. Georgia Residents
Applicable tax based and calculated on the state of Georgia Tax Commissioner for any and all retail sales. It will be determined by the state guidelines and charged for all customers, but especially for anyone residing and ordering with payment cards based in Georgia. The rate of 8% will be set until it is changed. No notification of the state’s increase in sales tax will be given. Children
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13.
