Do you offer express shipping?

Currently we offer Priority 2-3 day shipping via USPS. Please email us with inquiries, if you need Express 1 Day Shipping. 

How do I place a custom order?

By setting up a consultation in the appointments link. https://www.shukurucouture.com/appointments  Due to COVID-19, in person studio consults are on hold and video consults are being held for those who are local to Atlanta, and all other regions. We will guide you on measurements via Zoom/FaceTime. 

Can I return or exchange an outfit/mask?

Due to limited availability, COVID19 and hygiene purchases made on our site are considered final sale and may not be exchanged or returned at any time. Should there be a garment defect or damage please email us at info@shukurucouture.com to get assistance and a replacement. 

How do I clean/wash my garment?

Most of our pieces are hand washable in cold water or dry clean only. Care instructions will be on the label. To reduce your carbon footprint and help the environment please use a green-eco-cleaner. 

Can I have my wedding dress and bridal party’s outfits designed by you?
